R&D: ECU software and emission solutions we develop in-house
Prime Chiptuning is not just a workshop applying ready-made files. Reading locked engine ECUs, software solutions for AdBlue / SCR, DPF, EGR and NOx systems, and Stage 1 calibrations are developed by our own R&D team; finished solutions are released to workshops and dealers through the ECU Prime platform.
Our fields of work
Locked ECU solutions
Opening the read, backup and write path on new-generation protected engine ECUs. We work on the Bosch MD1, Continental SID and Delphi DCM families.
Emission system software
ECU-specific software solutions for faults caused by AdBlue / SCR, DPF, EGR and NOx sensors in cars, pickups, trucks, tractors and construction machinery.
Performance calibration
Stage 1 power and torque calibrations built on the engine’s own original software, checked for fault codes and temperatures after testing.
ECU Prime software platform
The online file platform that brings our solutions to workshops and dealers. The ECU Prime Software desktop application is coming soon.
How a solution is developed
Identification
ECU hardware, software version and protection type are identified; the original software is read and archived.
Bench analysis
Maps, emission functions and fault logic are analysed on the bench; the solution is built for that exact version.
Vehicle / machine test
The solution is tested on a real vehicle or machine; fault memory and running values are checked.
Release
The verified solution is added to the ECU Prime platform, opened to our dealers and workshops, and announced in our news.
