How does a file order work?
Upload the original read
Upload the original ECU file read with your tool (OBD, bench or boot); the system identifies the ECU family and software version.
Choose the operation
Tick what you need from Stage 1, DPF, EGR, AdBlue, DTC, Vmax, Pop & Bang, DSG; several operations are merged into one file.
The file is prepared
For ECU families with a verified solution the file is prepared automatically; special cases go to the engineering team and you are informed.
Download and write
Download the checksum-corrected file and write it to the vehicle. The original stays with you; support is reachable from the same panel.

Which tools' reads are accepted?
The file service is tool-independent: it does not matter which tool produced the original read. Commonly used master and slave tools:

Why are the files reliable?
- Every file is prepared from the vehicle's own original read; no generic files.
