Erkunt CRD5 Kudret 110HP Bosch MD1CC898 ECU: Stage 1 and EGR / DPF / SCR / NOx Solutions Completed

Erkunt, one of Turkey's leading domestic tractor brands, moved to the Bosch MD1CC898 ECU on its 2024–2025 model year machines. Prime Arge Teknoloji has developed a Stage 1 performance file and an emission solution (DPF, EGR, SCR / AdBlue) fully matched to this new engine management system.

What is the MD1CC898 ECU?

The Bosch MD1CC898 is a high-security control unit used on CRD5 series common rail engines. It manages fuel injection, boost pressure, the EGR valve, DPF regeneration and AdBlue dosing in real time. That complexity can lead to power restriction, delayed throttle response or AdBlue faults.

Our team analysed the internal structure of this ECU, optimised the engine maps (torque limiter, smoke, rail pressure, boost control) and built an integrated Stage 1 and emission package for the MD1CC898.

What Stage 1 delivers

On the Erkunt Kudret 100 CRD5 and comparable models our tests measured:

• Power: 100 HP to 135 HP (+35 HP)
• Torque: 380 Nm to 470 Nm (+90 Nm)
• Fuel use: roughly 10% lower at the same work rate

The result is stronger pull, easier hill work and lower fuel cost.

Emission solution (DPF, EGR, SCR / AdBlue)

On newer tractors the DPF, EGR and SCR / AdBlue systems can cause blockages, warning lights, regeneration errors and rising fuel use. Our software removes the forced regeneration requirement, stops AdBlue consumption and disables the EGR system, entirely through ECU software with no mechanical work. These interventions are offered only for uses permitted by applicable law; road use and inspection compliance remain the owner's responsibility.

How it is applied

The connection is made through the tractor's OBD2 port under the steering column. Writing takes about 8–10 minutes. Every step is reversible and the original file is archived beforehand; no physical intervention is required.
