Hyundai Tucson 2020+ AdBlue Fault Solution: Continental SIM2K-510 ECU Now Supported

On the Hyundai Tucson 2020+ the most common complaint is the same: an AdBlue (urea) warning followed by a countdown saying the engine cannot be restarted after a certain distance. Our software solution for vehicles with the Continental SIM2K-510 ECU is now available.
Symptoms to look for
- AdBlue / SCR system warning with a distance countdown
- Fault codes from the NOx sensor, AdBlue pump or heater
- Power limitation together with the warning lamp
- Warnings returning even after parts were replaced
How the process works
Fault memory is read first and the ECU is confirmed as SIM2K-510. A full backup of the original software is taken; the solution is built on the car's own software and checked with a road test. Thanks to the original backup the work can always be reversed.
Stage 1 on the same car
According to our catalogue, the Tucson NX4 (2021+) 1.6 CRDi 136 hp reaches 170 hp and 393 Nm with Stage 1.
