Deutz-Fahr Locked Bosch MD1CS089 Solution: AdBlue, DPF, EGR and Power Software for FARMotion Tractors

New-generation Deutz-Fahr tractors with FARMotion engines use the Bosch MD1CS089 engine ECU. The unit leaves the factory locked; because its software could not be read, neither a fault solution nor a power remap was possible on many of these tractors until now. Our solution for the locked MD1CS089 is now ready.
Which services are available?
- AdBlue fault solution: NOx sensor, pump and heater faults, reduced-power mode
- DPF fault solution: blocked particulate filter, regeneration that does not complete
- EGR fault solution: soot-clogged valve, power loss caused by the EGR
- Power software: up to 105 hp for 65, 75 and 95 hp tractors
65, 75 and 95 hp tractors can reach up to 105 hp
Manufacturers sell the same engine family at several power levels, and the difference between levels lies largely in the ECU software. That is why FARMotion tractors sold as 65, 75 and 95 hp can be raised to as much as 105 hp with software. "Up to 105 hp" is an upper limit: the figure reached depends on the power level and equipment of the tractor, so on every tractor we read the original file first and tell you what increase is possible.
The most common complaints in the field
Most of the problems that stop work on these tractors come from the emission systems: an AdBlue warning on the dashboard followed by power reduction, a blocked particulate filter, constant requests for regeneration, and EGR faults. The fault memory is read first and the source identified; the software solution is built on the tractor's own file.
How does the job work?
The ECU is unlocked, and the original software is read and backed up. The solution is built on that file, written, and checked with the tractor running. Because the original backup is kept, the tractor can be returned to factory software at any time. We offer on-site service across Türkiye; there is no need to bring the tractor to the workshop.
