Frequently asked questions

The machine is on site, how is the ECU read?

On most machines via the diagnostic socket, on some by removing the ECU for a bench read. In Türkiye our on-site team comes; with your own tool you upload the read and download the file.

Do regeneration warnings stop after a DPF file?

The file calibrates the DPF strategy and related DTCs; the physical filter and sensor condition are assessed first.

Are forklifts and telehandlers covered?

Yes; files are prepared for forklift and telehandler models with Xinchai, Kubota, Yanmar and Deutz engines.

Who can use the file service?

Tuners, auto-electrical workshops, tractor and machinery services and dealers who own an ECU read/write tool. End customers are served by our centres and on-site service.

How is it priced?

Credit-based: credits are loaded to the panel and each operation's credit value is shown on the order screen. Price list and campaigns are published in the panel.

How long does a file take?

For ECU families with a verified solution the file is prepared quickly; where engineering review is needed the time is shown on the order screen. Orders outside working hours are queued.
