How it works

- Compatibility checkOur team checks, by ECU type, whether the job can be done on site and calls you back.
- AppointmentIf it can, a day is set for the team nearest to you. Some ECUs are removed and worked on the bench; you are told in advance.
- On-site workThe original software is read and backed up, diagnostics are run, and the calibration is applied on the machine's own file.
- Check and handoverFault memory is checked and the machine is handed over running. The original software is kept in the archive.

Where is on-site service available?
We take requests from anywhere in Türkiye. The appointment is confirmed according to team availability in the region and the ECU type of the machine; we give you a clear answer when you write to us on WhatsApp.
Which vehicles and machines are covered?
Primarily tractors, construction machines and telehandlers. We also take requests for suitable forklifts and other industrial vehicles. The scope depends on the ECU compatibility of the vehicle.
Can every job be done on site?
No. Most ECUs are read and written through the diagnostic socket and the job is completed on site. Some units are removed and worked on the bench; we tell you which method applies once we know the ECU type.
I do not know the ECU details. What should I send?
Make, model and model year are usually enough. If you send a photo of the label on the ECU by WhatsApp we can confirm compatibility faster.
Can the original software be restored?
Yes. The original software is backed up and archived before the job; the machine can be returned to its factory setting on request.
