Bosch EDC17C49 Solutions: Stage 1–3, AdBlue, DPF, EGR for Iveco Trucks, New Holland and Case IH Tractors
The Bosch EDC17C49 is used across a very wide range, especially on FPT engines: trucks, tractors, buses and machinery. Solutions are available at ECU Prime for this family, led by Iveco trucks.
Iveco trucks and tractor units
Available for Iveco: Stage 1, Stage 2 and Stage 3 power software, AdBlue / SCR, DPF and EGR fault solutions, torque (TVA) and speed limit adjustments. Fleet owners most often bring derate caused by a NOx sensor or AdBlue pump, a DPF filled by city driving and a sooted EGR. Power and emission solutions can be combined in one file when needed.
New Holland and Case IH tractors
The same ECU is common in agriculture. For New Holland tractors on the EDC17C49 Stage 1–3 and AdBlue solutions are available, and for Case IH AdBlue, DPF and EGR solutions. For newer models with the locked MD1 unit see our MD1CS069 page.
Karsan, Temsa, Otokar, Mitsubishi Fuso, Manitou, Aebi-Schmidt
The family also appears on Turkish-built vehicles: Stage 1, DPF and speed limit for Karsan, Stage 1 and speed limit for Temsa, Stage 1 for Otokar. Solutions for Mitsubishi Fuso light trucks, Manitou machinery and Aebi-Schmidt municipal vehicles are available too. Which service applies depends on the vehicle and ECU software version.

- File or on-site reading: upload the original file read with your tool, or visit one of our locations.
- Calibration: the file is prepared for the exact engine and ECU version, checksum corrected.
- Application and check: fault scan and road / run test after writing; the original file is kept.
