Fiat 500 / 595 / 695 500 - 2007 - 2015 1.4i 16v 95hp Stage 1 Chip Tuning · ECU Remap
Catalog reference — not a measured result for this vehicle.
Catalog reference: power 95 → 105 bhp, difference +10 bhp (11%); torque 127 → 140 Nm. Actual results depend on vehicle condition and measurement.
Figures are typical ranges; exact results depend on the vehicle's hardware and dyno measurement.

Fiat 500 / 595 / 695 500 - 2007 - 2015 1.4i 16v 95hp — Stage 1 Remap
Stage 1 re-calibrates the ECU software — boost, fuelling and ignition maps — within the factory hardware's safe tolerances. No hardware changes are required.
Fiat 500 / 595 / 695 1.4i Stage 1: all generations →
Stage 1 Remap
Software that optimises the engine's power and torque maps within safe limits.
Stage 2 Remap
Advanced software matched to hardware upgrades such as a sport exhaust or induction kit.
Pop & Bang
Software that creates exhaust crackle on lift-off.
Speed Limiter (Vmax) Removal
Removing the factory top-speed limiter from the software.
DTC / Fault Code Removal
Switching off selected diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) in the ECU software.

Prime Chiptuning applies the software at its own centres in Türkiye. Abroad, our partners carry out the work with the same files, and workshops can order the file directly.
About the naturally aspirated petrol engine
This vehicle uses a naturally aspirated petrol engine, without a turbo or supercharger. The amount of air it can draw in is physically limited; power depends mainly on displacement, revs and the intake and exhaust design.
How a Stage 1 remap works on the Fiat 500 / 595 / 695 500 1.4i 16v 95hp
On naturally aspirated engines the gain from a Stage 1 remap is limited compared with turbo engines. Ignition timing, fuel maps, throttle response and, where useful, the rev limit are optimised for a livelier response and a smoother power curve. Bigger gains need hardware changes such as intake, exhaust or camshafts.
Pre-remap checklist
- Spark plugs, coils and fuel quality.
- Air filter, throttle body and intake leaks.
- Lambda probe and catalytic converter condition.
- Engine compression and oil consumption (at high mileage).
Expectations on naturally aspirated engines should be realistic; catalogue figures are a typical range.
This section is based on Prime Chiptuning workshop experience; the power and torque figures come from the catalogue measurement above.
