Kubota Tractor Denso ECU Solution: AdBlue, DPF, EGR and Stage 1
Kubota builds its own diesel engines and manages them with Denso ECUs. DPF and AdBlue are standard on the new Kubota M series, and faults in these systems force the tractor into derate. Solutions for Kubota are available at ECU Prime on Denso ECUs.
What is available on the Kubota Denso ECU
- Denso engine ECU: Stage 1, AdBlue / SCR, DPF, EGR and emission package; Stage 1 and emission solution in one file.
- Denso DCU: AdBlue / SCR solution on models with a separate AdBlue dosing unit.
The ECU type depends on model year and engine. The exact type is confirmed from the ECU label or by reading it with a diagnostic tool; send a photo of the label on WhatsApp and we will tell you which file applies.

How it works
- Reading: upload the original file read with your tool, or visit one of our locations.
- Calibration: the file is prepared for the exact engine and ECU software version, checksum corrected; the original is archived.
- Application and check: fault scan and run / road test after writing.
Workshops get the same solutions through the ECU Prime file service.
