FLEX and Korhex for Bosch MD1CS069 and MD1CS089: Tractors and LCVs
On 19 October 2026 Magicmotorsport announced FLEX 8.26.0.0, extending Korhex support to Bosch MD1CS069 and MD1CS089 ECUs with TriCore TC299 processors. These ECUs are used in commercial vehicles, tractors and construction machinery.

What changes with Korhex?
The Boot Glitch procedure can be performed without working on the ECU's PCB, which simplifies the connection and shortens working time. Using the mask shown in the manual, the glitch point is identified and Korhex is positioned accurately. Once connected, you can keep working in Boot Glitch or unlock the module and continue in Bench mode.
Technical details
Memories: internal flash read, write and checksum; EEPROM read and write; full backup. Manufacturer times: connection and glitch about 30 seconds, reading about 2 minutes 30 seconds, writing about 2 minutes. The new protocol requires an FLS0.20 Boot Glitch licence or a FLEX Full FLS0.5 configuration.
