The Phoenix L33 is an engine control unit used in tractors and construction machines from makes such as John Deere and Atlas Copco. Prime Chiptuning always builds L33 files from the original read of the vehicle; generic files are not used.
Solutions offered for this ECU family include Stage 1 Remap, DPF Delete and AdBlue / SCR Delete. Which ones apply to your vehicle depends on the exact ECU variant, software version and engine; we check this from the read file before the work starts.
How a L33 remap is done
- The L33 is read by OBD, bench or boot depending on the variant, and the original software is backed up.
- The original file is modified for the vehicle, engine and requested solution; the checksum is corrected.
- The file is written, fault codes are checked and the vehicle is road tested.
- The original backup is kept, so the vehicle can be returned to factory software at any time.
