XCMG, Zoomlion and LiuGong ECU Solutions: Cummins CM2350A and Bosch EDC17C81
XCMG, Zoomlion and LiuGong are Chinese machinery brands that keep gaining ground. Most of these machines use a Cummins engine with its CM2350A ECU, or a Bosch EDC17. Solutions for all three brands are available at ECU Prime.
Which ECU, which operation?
- XCMG and Zoomlion, Cummins CM2350A: AdBlue / SCR, DPF, EGR and emission package.
- LiuGong, Bosch EDC17C81: emission package.
The ECU type depends on model year and engine. The exact type is confirmed from the ECU label or by reading it with a diagnostic tool; send a photo of the label on WhatsApp and we will tell you which file applies.
Common faults
- AdBlue / SCR warning and derate
- DPF loading and frequent regeneration after long idling
- Sooted EGR valve and warning lamp
- Torque drop under load
