Komatsu and Kato DPF, EGR Solution: Bosch EDC17CV54 and EDC16C31
Komatsu excavators and Kato cranes work long hours under heavy load. Idling and low-load work fill the DPF and soot up the EGR. DPF and EGR solutions for both brands are available at ECU Prime.
Which ECU, which operation?
- Komatsu, Bosch EDC17CV54: DPF, EGR and combined DPF + EGR file.
- Kato, Bosch EDC16C31: DPF solution.
The ECU type depends on model year and engine. The exact type is confirmed from the ECU label or by reading it with a diagnostic tool; send a photo of the label on WhatsApp and we will tell you which file applies.
