DAF Truck Tuning and ECU Remapping
We remap the ECU of DAF trucks, tractor units and heavy commercial vehicles to improve power, torque and fuel efficiency.
On DAF heavy commercial vehicles the engine control unit is recalibrated from the vehicle's own original file. Services with verified solutions for DAF in our library: Stage 1 Remap, Speed Limiter (Vmax) Removal, DPF Delete, EGR Delete and AdBlue / SCR Delete.
The ECU models we work on in DAF vehicles include BOSCH EDC MS6.2, DELPHI ETC3, BOSCH EDC7C1-C2 and MOTOROLA CM850. The ECU type varies with model year and engine; send us a photo of the ECU label or the vehicle details and we will confirm exactly which services are possible.
The result depends on the engine and on how the vehicle is used. The calibration respects the limits of the engine, transmission and cooling, and the original software is archived.
