XCMG ZL50GN Wheel Loader ECU Software Solutions
The XCMG ZL50GN is XCMG's wheel loader. The engine control unit (ECU) software is recalibrated on the machine's own original file; the original software is backed up.
XCMG ZL50GN DPF, EGR and AdBlue fault solution
Loaders shuttle back and forth over short distances; the particulate filter (DPF) often fails to reach regeneration temperature and blocks. With an EGR fault or a NOx sensor fault in the AdBlue (SCR) system the machine enters limp mode and loading stops at the quarry or plant. The cause is diagnosed first; the software solution is applied according to the ECU type.
ECU and compatibility for the XCMG ZL50GN
Services with a verified solution for XCMG in our library: DPF Delete, EGR Delete and AdBlue / SCR Delete. The control units we work on in XCMG machines include CONTINENTAL CM2350A. The same model can carry a different ECU depending on build year and engine option, so we confirm compatibility for the XCMG ZL50GN from a photo of the ECU label or from the file read out.
