The Terex TLB840 is Terex's backhoe loader. The engine control unit (ECU) software is recalibrated on the machine's own original file; the original software is backed up.
Terex TLB840 DPF, EGR and AdBlue fault solution
Backhoe loaders often sit idling between short jobs during the day; in these conditions the particulate filter (DPF) cannot clean itself and blocks. The EGR valve collects soot; with a NOx sensor or pump fault in the AdBlue (SCR) system the machine enters limp mode. The cause is diagnosed first; the software solution is applied according to the ECU type.
