Bobcat T770 Skid-Steer Loader Tuning and Power Upgrade
The Bobcat T770 is Bobcat's compact track loader. The engine control unit (ECU) software is recalibrated on the machine's own original file; the original software is backed up.
Bobcat T770 power remap
A power remap on the Bobcat T770 recalibrates the fuel quantity, injection timing and torque limiter maps. On a skid-steer the engine feeds the drive pumps and the attachment hydraulics together; with more torque in reserve, rpm drops less on high-flow attachments.
Bobcat T770 DPF, EGR and AdBlue fault solution
Skid-steers work in short cycles and dusty conditions; the particulate filter (DPF) fills quickly and asks for regeneration. With an EGR fault or emission sensor errors the machine enters limp mode. The cause is diagnosed first; the software solution is applied according to the ECU type.
ECU and compatibility for the Bobcat T770
Services with a verified solution for Bobcat in our library: Stage 1 Remap, DPF Delete, EGR Delete, AdBlue / SCR Delete and DTC / Fault Code Removal. The control units we work on in Bobcat machines include DELPHI DCM3.7, BOSCH EDC17C87, BOSCH ME17.9.74 and BOSCH EDC17CV54. The same model can carry a different ECU depending on build year and engine option, so we confirm compatibility for the Bobcat T770 from a photo of the ECU label or from the file read out.
Where is the difference noticed on the Bobcat T770?
- High-flow attachments such as planers, sweepers and snow blowers
- Entering the pile and turning with a full bucket
- On slopes and soft ground
